Senior Safety Consultant
With over a decade of experience in health and safety, Alex specialises in construction auditing and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 documentation. He is passionate about empowering people, the built environment and promoting the best practices across the globe. Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling, hiking and watching movies.
Kathryn Campbell
Senior Digital Consultant
Kathryn’s experience in client, contractor, and consultant roles, has refined her knowledge and expertise in information management, organisational strategies, and horizon mapping. Kathryn’s passion for continuous improvement, sustainable working and efficiencies, drives her to innovate and enrich current practices and enhance project delivery. Her questioning nature uncovers customer value, offering personalised services and support at both project and organisational level.
Mark Gray
Associate Safety Consultant
Mark is a seasoned construction professional with decades of experience navigating the complexities of planning and Building Regulations. From overseeing major commercial projects to ensuring the safety of residential developments, he is dedicated to building a better world. Outside of work, Mark is an avid runner and weight training enthusiast, finding energy and balance in his active lifestyle.
Sara Bate
Senior Project Finance Administrator
Sara manages the everyday financial administration within Okana to ensure operations run smoothly. With her experience in finance and analytics, Sara supports business operations and is excited to see the further growth of Okana across the globe. Outside of work, Sara enjoys fishing, watching rugby and travelling.
Charlotte Hollins
Senior Project Coordinator
Charlotte leads business operations within Okana, with expertise in people management and complex operations, following over a decade in the event industry and venue management. Charlotte is motivated by empowering others and passionate about contributing to a positive working environment. Charlotte loves cooking and live music, hoping to front a funk and soul band in the future.
Keelan Hegarty
Partner Council
Keelan is an associate of ASPECT Structural Engineers, with more than a decade of experience across the UK and North America, covering everything from modular construction to heritage buildings, with a particular passion for mass timber. Keelan is also an avid music lover, football player, cyclist, and amateur woodworker.
Gavin Salt
Partner Council
As i2C residential sector lead, Gavin focuses on Build to Rent and social housing, and his international experience has aided him in identifying Passive House as key to our future housing design. Gavin is a keen cyclist and proud father of two young boys and spends most of his free time supporting their active social lives.
Attila Borbély
Partner Council
Attila joined CÉH in 2005, working as a structural engineer for more than a decade until he became deputy CEO and head of planning and design in 2022. While leading a multi-disciplinary team of over 100 architects, plus structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, he also plays key role in developing partnerships and new opportunities for the business.
Paul Thorpe
Digital Director
Paul has worked globally across multiple large scale projects ranging from airports, data centres, hospitals, and commercial skyscrapers. He brings years of experience in digital management of construction projects and defining digital transformation strategies. Paul is driven by maximising the value of digital adoption in the construction industry.
Joel Whitehead
Safety Consultant
With over eight years with of experience in health and safety, Joel specialises in safety consulting to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Joel is passionate about project delivery, client engagement and creating a positive culture. Outside of work he enjoys playing music, travelling, gym training, football and is currently learning Italian.
Jon Stinson
Associate
Jon has worked, researched, and taught in the field of building physics and architectural technology since 2005. In 2023, he merged the sustainable design and building performance evaluation company, Building Research Solutions, with Okana. Jon uses computational modelling and in situ data capture to create design support tools and strategies for stakeholders, driving the built environment towards net zero.
Romane Sanchez
Sustainability Consultant
Romane is passionate about creating a sustainable future through an integrated, holistic and multi dimensional approach to design and the construction industry. With a background in architecture, environmental engineering and urban strategies, she uses her skillset for meaningful sustainable design consultancy, analysis, guidance and knowledge sharing. Romane aims to continue to provide quality service for overall better design.
