Alec Wong
Partner Council
Alec brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and provides strategic guidance to help drive business growth and innovation. With vast experience in delivering exceptional projects, Alec excels at adjusting strategies and turning challenges into opportunities. In his spare time, he is a passionate art toy collector, curating over 1000 pieces since 1998.
Andrew Craven
Partner Council
Andrew has been working as a landscape architect, master planner and golf course architect for more than 25 years in over 25 countries. He has been fortunate enough to develop award winning communities in iconic locations. Andrew is passionate about placemaking that is genuinely memorable. Away from work, Andrew likes to relax by competing in Ironman events and marathons.
Claire Bowles
Partner council
i2C’s purpose director Claire is passionate about approaching the built environment as an opportunity to create buildings, spaces and places that act as educational, inspiring acupuncture points for a new way of living, being and working. Claire is a mum of two, fluent in Italian and English, and loves yoga, walking and travelling.
Alex Arthur
Senior Safety Consultant
With over a decade of experience in health and safety, Alex specialises in construction auditing and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 documentation. He is passionate about empowering people, the built environment and promoting the best practices across the globe. Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling, hiking and watching movies.
Harriet Calvert
Safety Consultant
Harriet has a specialist knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and has provided the CDM principal designer role on a wide range of complex projects. Harriet is passionate about continuing to develop specialisms in healthcare and residential sectors, with a particular focus on higher risk buildings. Harriet excels in supporting others and regularly delivers training on safety topics.
Amy Wemyss
Marketing and Communications Executive
Amy leads on Okana’s marketing and communications. With a background in built environment marketing, she plays a key role in moving the brand forward and fostering engagement, ensuring Okana remains at the forefront of industry news. Away from her desk, Amy enjoys rock climbing or reading a good book.
Bernhard Gafner
Partner Council
Bernhard is a founding principal of ASPECT Structural Engineers, offering experience as both a respected structural engineering leader and a licensed carpenter. Specialising in mass timber engineering, Bernard is at the forefront of delivering innovative timber and hybrid projects across Europe and North America. Outside of work, Bernhard is known for his love of skiing, running, and chocolate.
Patrick White
Partner Council
Patrick has played a leading role in the growth and development of Metro Dynamics. He has led major regeneration programmes in Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester over a 25 year career, developing major projects from conception through to delivery. He regularly advises the UK Government on the implementation of place based regeneration and investment programmes.
Richard Dorkin
Partner Council
Richard has been an architect for over 20 years, during which he has evolved his skills and approach to cater to client’s individual project needs and vision, providing solutions that deliver positively for all. He works closely with teams throughout each projects journey to deliver beyond expectations, and is passionate about empowering team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped and confident to deliver their best.
Amy Robinson
Communications Executive
Amy supports in Okana’s marketing and communications strategy and outputs. With experience in built environment marketing, she is passionate about shaping innovative and engaging stories across the industry. Amy is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of work, Amy enjoys all things fitness and travel.
Sean Chan
Technologist
Sean is a technologist with architectural experience in Hong Kong, Japan, and the UK. He has led digital design and the Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation on projects. Driven by efficiency and optimisation, Sean aims to streamline processes which are taken in construction design through BIM, and hopes to further his skills in the digital design space.
Wahib Saif
Researcher
Wahib is an accomplished researcher specialising in digital construction, currently advancing his PhD in the adoption of digital twins for managing construction sites. His active consultancy work involves collaborating with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and software providers to enhance construction risk management. An advocate for lean principles and systems thinking, Wahib is dedicated to improving data management efficiency across construction operations.
